Re: New build small size high isolation project
Looks great! I am not going to wish good luck because you are doing it right and luck has nothing to do with that.

Re: The DOCUMENT LIBRARY
Glad you enjoy it. Another classic is Acoustics by Beranek. First published in 1954 then reprinted 1996. Not a new edition, REPRINTED!

Bert mentioned Olson in the Long thread. It is a fantastic physics text. Sound has not changed in over 70 years.

The DOCUMENT LIBRARY
Your list of usefull documents is great. A suggested addition is Schultz. It provides great information on perforated panels This is of particular interest to people wanting to retain high end ambience in a space (and are not terrified of mathematics). It still has some pretty drawings and diagrams....

Re: SHORT Book List
Philip Newell's Recording Studio Design was a great help to me in understanding acoustics. It is not in your recommended reading list, Stuart. I don't know whether you think it should be or not. It is a great text. The point is what is the focus of the list? I view the list as a short what you need...

Re: SHORT Book List
I am confused by your comments on Long. It is considered of the texts on its subject matter, including a reference by Beranek. It is not focused on large room acoustics. Are we discussing the same text?
